Please read all information carefully before completing the registration form

To Note

  • Please note that you must be a Fully Paid member for term 2024/2025 of the NAPD to attend the Annual Conference

  • A Membership invoice for 2024/2025 will be issued in June once you register for membership details to be  issued in June

  • Registration is for ONE Delegate Only, if two, three or four would like to attend from one school, registration is needed for each individual and cannot be shared

  • Your invoice(s) will be issued to the Accounts Department Email you have provided

  • A full conference fee still must be paid even if you attend for one day or even a half of a day

  • To avail of the Conference hotels you must be a member to book them in advance

  • If you are not a NAPD for the term 2023/2024 you will not be able to book your hotel accommodation for the NAPD Conference, a conference invoice will be issued in September along with a membership invoice.

Terms and Conditions

To avail of a full refund delegates have up to Monday 23rd September 3pm to cancel their conference registration. Delegate’s cancellations must be emailed to Head Office info@napd.ie. 

  1. A 50% refund will be given if you cancel your conference registration after Monday 23rd September. 

  2. Registration for Conference will close  Tuesday 1st October at 3pm. Any late registrations must be paid immediately. 

  3. If you run a PO system, a PO must be provided at time of registration

  4. Your invoice will be issued to the accounts email address you have supplied.

  5. This booking is provisional until payment, in full, has been received. You must be an NAPD Member to attend the annual conference, if you are unsure of your Membership please contact the NAPD Head Office. Please make sure your membership is paid before attending or is in the process of being paid. 

  6. Your membership must be paid for 2024/2025 before you can attend the Conference in October 2024. if there are issues please contact Head Office as soon as possible.

  7. If you register on the day of the event you will be subject to delays at Registration. 

  8. If you are unsure if you have register for conference please check before travelling. 

  9. The email address provided at registration will be used for Conference Correspondence, please make sure that this is entered correctly.
